The Bay-Lakes Council

Welcome to Bay-Lakes Council’s website. We’re glad you are here! We provide programs and services to over 5,400 youth in 22 counties in Eastern Wisconsin. We have 123 Cub Scout Packs, 163 Scouts BSA Troops, 16 Venture Crews, and 6 Explorer Posts.

Over 3,000 adult volunteers in our Council give their time and effort to prepare our youth to be the leaders of tomorrow helping them develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills and citizenship skills that will positively influence their decisions as adults.
