As technology
continues to evolve and take many of us along for the ride, some have been
asking about eliminating the paper version of The Guide newsletter. Many
of you know The Guide can be found electronically on the Bay-Lake Council
website and have raised the question if the Council would consider “Going
Green?”
At this time we are unable to use our current
database to sort those with e-mail addresses and mail to others without.
Additionally, some of the members with email addresses would still prefer to
receive the paper copy. Our main objective has become to get you your news in
the form that means the most to you. We need to hear from you. We’re happy to
deliver your information in the best means for you, we just need you to tell us
what you’d prefer.
