Thank you for volunteering as a Cub Scout leader and providing activities where Cub Scouts build character, improve physical fitness, learn practical skills, develop a spirit of community service, and have a ton of fun! The Cub Scout program has been a values based, fun and educational experience for young boys for over 80 years. Cub Scouting is more relevant and more vital to our communities today than it ever has been and you make it all possible.

September Action Items for Every Pack!

- Order your flyers, posters and stickers on time so they will be ready when you need them. The order form can be downloaded below and will also be in your Fall Recruiting Kit.

- Get your school directory and call and invite parents and boys to join.

- Recruit Den Leaders for Dens that need them prior to your Fall Recruiting Night. Be ready to fill those dens with new boys!

- Call your school to confirm your reservation and make sure the doors will be open that evening

- Arrive 30 minutes early to your roundup

- Bring Pack checkbook to Roundup and prepare to write one check for all recruits.

- Enlist the Troop or another leader to provide program to the prospective youth

- Confirm that you have all the supplies you need

- Give the Council copy of your applications & Pack check to the District rep present, or deliver to your District's turn in location
