• 2009 District Popcorn Trainings – Districts need to schedule during the following time frames:  Monday 17^th – Monday 31^st

September

• Show & Deliver Popcorn Orders Due – Wednesday16^th, via Trail’s End website

October

• 2009 Popcorn Sale (October 3^rd-22^nd)
  • Show & Deliver Distribution – Friday October 2^nd and/or Saturday October 3^rd, at District distribution locations
  • Take Order Sale begins – Saturday, October 3^rd
  • Take Order Sale ends – Thursday, October 22^nd
  • District Return Nights – Monday, October 26^th-Wednesday October 28^th, at District distribution locations
  • Take Order Orders Due – Friday, October 30^th, via Trail’s End website

November

• 2009 Popcorn Sale
  • Show and Deliver Payments Due – Friday, November 6^th
  • Take Order Distribution – Friday, November 13^th and/or Saturday, November 14^th, at District distribution locations
  • Take Order Payments Due – Friday, November 20^th
